How to shop and order using State or Foundation funds:

2) Configure your computer hardware. Prices on web site are your actual cost.
Prices include shipping charges.

3) *Important - Once you have configured the system with all the options you need be sure to save your quote before exiting the site. This can be done by clicking on the "Save as Quote" line. You will need to reference this (6-digit) quote # on your requisition from. This way it can be accessed when processing your order.

4) When submitting your on-line requests to Contract and Procurement Management, be sure to reference the quote information on your requisition and attach or fax (40850) a copy of the quote, with the requisition number noted on it, to Contract and Procurement Management
