Document Destruction
Material Management offers data destruction services to the campus. The material to be destroyed is picked up by our contracted moving services company and transported to a secure area for temporary storage. When enough material for destruction is accumulated we call our contracted data destruction services for pickup. Once the material has been destroyed the University receives a certificate of destruction. The charge to the department for this service is $23.20 per three standard size paper boxes, or $7.73 per individual standard paper box. The standard box is the same size as the box your copy paper comes in.
