Dell and San Diego State have partnered together to offer the campus a new web site that allows end users to both configure their computer system and immediately view actual cost. (Prices do not include tax. There are no shipping charges for standard ground delivery).

 The site is located at:  www.dell.com/hied/sdsu

*Quotes saved on other Dell web sites are not valid for us to purchase per our contract.*

You can also get view your actual cost for Computer Accessory items such as hard drives, monitors, video cards, cables etc..on this site.

Note: The Dell / San Diego State web site is designed to be accessed by a PC using an Internet Explorer or Netscape browser. It does not support Mozilla or any Mac browsers.

 **Be sure to save your quote on the Dell site by producing a E-quote #. You will need to reference this e-quote # on the requisition form.**

When submitting your on-line requests to Contract and Procurement Management, be sure to reference the quote information on your requisition and attach or fax (40850) a copy of the quote, with the requisition number noted on it, to Contract and Procurement Management

Note: Once you have saved an E-quote and you return to make any changes you must click on the "Save New E-quote" option to make them effective. This will result in an new E-quote # being generated.
If you do not click on the "Save New E-quote" option your quote remains the same.

Dell Return Policy:
Dell has only a 21-day return policy on all products. The only exception is the New PowerEdge, PowerConnect and PowerVault models which have a 30-day return policy. **The return policy beginning date is from the date listed on the packing slip or invoice.
