You can use our Business Services PacTrac web page to find out if your order has arrived in our warehouse. The site is located at:

http://bus.sdsu.edu/PacTrac/PTS/

Just click on the "Other Criteria" button located on the left side Menu and enter the Purchase Order number from your order. The Purchase Order number can be found on your department's Sales Order. The Sales Order was e-mailed or mailed to the person in your department who was listed as the Requestor on your Requisition order form. If your product has arrived in our warehouse it will show the status of your order. For example:

1) What day the product was received.
2) What day the product was delivered to your department and who signed for it.

You can contact our warehouse staff at 4-6113 once your order appears in PacTrac to find out the delivery status.
